Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 1–2 business days

• Other regions in Lebanon: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and demand.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed during order verification.
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions on selected items or order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Lebanon.
You can inspect the item at delivery before completing payment when this option is available.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details before shipping.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery. If the customer is unavailable, a second attempt may be arranged.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
